The Human Resources Foundation of Turkey is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven members elected by the Board of Trustees every two years. The duty of the Board of Directors is to create a strategic plan within the mission and vision of TIKAV and to ensure that the activities within the plan are carried out in accordance with the relevant Laws and Regulations.
