The shares of Akfen Holding, which completed its public offering with a free float rate of 28.26% in 2010 and which are traded in the BIST with the share code "AKFEN", have been delisted from the Stock Exchange as of 12.05.2016 with the completion of the process within the scope of the right of squeeze out.

Akfen Infrastructure Consulting is an Akfen Group company. It is now the holding of Akfen Construction, which it took over from Akfen Holding in 2015. It also carries out the constructions for Akfen Holding’s energy investments.
